Job Description
Reporting to the Director of DTC Subscriber Growth, the Coordinator, DTC Subscriber Growth will provide executional marketing and campaign support across the Subscriber Growth team for the launch and growth of MS NOW's new-to-market subscription experience. This role will have a broad and meaningful impact on team success by contributing to the execution of campaigns and initiatives across subscriber acquisition, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and marketing operations. Responsibilities include supporting the build, QA, and deployment of CRM communications, assisting with product marketing experimentation, and helping manage project timelines and creative development cycles.
The ideal candidate has had exposure to digital marketing, media, or email campaign execution and processes within a brand or agency environment. This role spans multiple marketing workstreams and offers opportunities to deepen expertise and explore further specialization over time. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and brings enough practical experience in one or more of the areas below to contribute from day one.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Support the Lifecycle Marketing Manager in the build, QA, and deployment of campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
• Partner with Content, Community, and Design teams to develop and schedule content and creative for ad-hoc campaigns and active user journeys
• Collaborate with the Conversion Optimization Manager to ensure accurate pricing, offers, and creative across subscription flows and paywalls
• Track, prioritize, and support execution of requests related to the subscription management partner
• Ensure accuracy and quality across all campaign elements, including link testing, audience validation, and rendering across platforms
• Partner with Marketing Operations to support campaign workflows, timelines, and project management using tools such as Airtable and Jira
• Support the creative production process, including managing timelines, coordinating feedback, facilitating legal reviews, and assisting with ad trafficking
• Assist with setup of marketing tracking links across channels for all campaigns
• Provide support across the team during high-volume periods, stepping in as needed to ensure delivery
• Track invoices and partner payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Document and distribute meeting notes, action items, and status updates to support team alignment
• Take on increasing ownership of campaign execution and operational processes over time
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, media, or CRM (brand or agency)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Interest in subscription businesses or DTC marketing
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable
• Basic knowledge of email production processes or HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
