• Internal Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and work closely with cross-departmental stakeholders to align post-production capabilities with broader business objectives and delivery needs.
• External Talent & Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external facilities, freelancers, and platform delivery teams; source and negotiate with vendors, manage onboarding, and foster collaborative partnerships.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Guarantee that all final masters undergo thorough internal checks, meet multi-language delivery requirements, and strictly adhere to global broadcast and streaming technical standards before official QC submission.

Requirements
• Industry Experience: Proven experience working as a Post Production Manager or Senior Coordinator within a fast-paced production company, studio, or post-house. Experience with kids' content, animation, or high-volume digital media is highly advantageous.
• Technical Compliance & Delivery: Serve as the final gatekeeper for all technical specifications, ensuring assets are properly mastered for global distribution, including correct wrapping, codec utilisation and audio mapping.
• Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of modern post-production pipelines, including offline/online editing, audio mixing, color workflows (HDR/SDR), codecs, frame rates, and multi-platform delivery specs.
