The Director, Corporate Communications is responsible for driving compelling corporate communications and engagement strategies that will enhance MSE's culture, drive growth, strengthen MSE's reputation, and build our brand with external audiences and investors. Additionally, this role will develop communications strategies that build executive visibility platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Craft corporate narratives that highlight business performance, expansion, innovation, technology investment, and MSE's industry leadership.
• Translate complex business initiatives into compelling narratives that resonate across corporate, business/finance, sports, entertainment, and trade audiences.
• Lead proactive media engagement building and strengthening reporter relationships.
• Shape and support executive visibility strategies, including media interviews, speaking engagements, industry conferences, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Manage high-impact media responses with sound judgment and collaborate with various teams ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and strategic goals.
• Oversee creation of high-quality press materials, including press releases, executive talking points, speeches, op-eds, Q&As, and media briefing documents.
• Drive enterprise storytelling around major announcements, corporate initiatives, network news, venue developments, and strategic partnerships.
• Guide rollout plans across earned and owned channels, ensuring consistent and aligned messaging.
• Support in developing enterprise messaging frameworks, long-term planning materials, and essential communications calendars.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and editorial oversight to junior team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic media relations.
• Ability to develop integrated communications plans that elevate corporate reputation.
• Strong writing, editorial, and project management skills.
• Experience engaging directly with national and business/financial media.
• Familiarity with modern digital and communications tools.
• Expertise in managing high-stakes communications during earnings, mergers, or crises.
• Experience supporting global or multi-market communications efforts.
• Ability to create content tailored for digital or social storytelling.
• Demonstrated skills in visual storytelling, design, or multimedia formats.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Occasional travel required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
