Director of Marketing

We're looking for a Marketing Director who believes meaningful content can genuinely change someone's future, and knows how to get people to click, engage, and take action.

This role is ideal for someone who's equal parts creative thinker, strategic marketer, and organized executor. You'll work closely with our Creative Director and marketing team to grow the Money Guy brand through email campaigns, resource launches, social content, analytics, and audience engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Own the marketing strategy for Money Guy and Abound Wealth, developing campaigns that expand our reach, grow our audience, and deepen engagement across every channel.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, MoneyGuy.com, YouTube, podcasts, and other relevant channels to ensure every launch is cohesive and impactful.
• Partner with company leadership to align marketing initiatives with business priorities, audience growth, recruiting, and firm objectives.
• Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks, using data and analytics to evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and continuously improve results.
• Own the marketing roadmap, balancing long-term strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution while ensuring projects are delivered on time and at a high standard.
• Identify new growth opportunities, marketing channels, and audience segments that help expand the Money Guy mission and brand.
• Protect and elevate the Money Guy brand by ensuring messaging remains consistent, compelling, and authentic across every customer touchpoint.
• Protect and enhance Marketing Team culture, keeping the day-to-day organized, energized, and fun.

Must Haves:

• You have 5 years of marketing experience, including experience developing marketing strategy and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• You understand how to build integrated marketing campaigns that connect content, email, social media, websites, and other digital channels into one cohesive strategy.
• You have a proven ability to use analytics and data to influence marketing decisions and improve business outcomes.
• You're an exceptional communicator and copywriter who knows how to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
• You have experience owning marketing initiatives from strategy through execution and measuring their success.
• You have worked with HubSpot, Notion, Canva, and/or other standard marketing tools to build workflows, timelines, marketing emails, and more.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and know how to build alignment across departments.
• You're energized by helping grow Brian and Bo's reach and advancing the Money Guy mission.
• You're looking for a full-time, in-office leadership role in Franklin, TN.

Nice to Haves:

• You have 7 years of marketing experience, with experience leading a high-performing marketing team.
• Experience developing content-driven growth strategies for creator brands, media companies, podcasts, YouTube channels, or digital-first businesses.
• A strong understanding of audience growth, email marketing, marketing automation, and content marketing.
• You have an interest in personal finance and believe in the Money Guy mission.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
