This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Overview
The Client Services Intern will provide support for the Ticket Sales & Service departments by assisting with various operational duties throughout the office as well as additional responsibilities on game days. This position must provide exceptional customer service with all Season Seat Members and Group customers they interact with. This Internship is in person at the ballpark beginning in January and will run through October.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Assist sales & service staff with the setup and execution of Season Seat Member Experiences, Season Seat Member Headquarters setup, and occasional Theme Night distribution
• Monitor and update rewards inventory database and binder on a regular basis
• Facilitate pregame rewards events on game days by greeting and escorting customers to their rewards event and troubleshooting any issues
• Fulfill ticket orders using Pro Venue ticketing platform
• Act as a customer service representative at the Season Seat Member Headquarters when needed on game days ensuring spaces are properly set up as well as obtaining any feedback throughout the game
• Provide other administrative support for the Ticket Sales Department including but not limited to payment declines, and Season Seat Member gift distribution
The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of experience in customer service, as well as the ability to organize and analyze data. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and MBBC satisfactory driving record.
