Account Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

Mediaplacement is hiring an Account Coordinator to handle a variety of administrative and account coordination duties for support primarily with lifestyle brands and other support as needed. Candidates must be a team player, and have strong communication and work ethic, while meeting the following expectations:
• Capable of prioritizing a heavy workload and execute tasks efficiently and thoughtfully
• Problem solver but also knows when to ask questions
• Coordination and research on cross functional projects
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel and have a good eye for creative design and detail
• Comfortable facilitating and planning agendas and scheduling
• Strong and professional communication skills
• Pitch and support management of film and tv series projects
• Will support with script breakdowns
• Forward thinking, and will plan with next steps ahead, and potential issues that could arise in landscape
• Sometimes handle pulling inventory and supply organization, ordering, and deliveries/gifting
• Proactive, reliable, and motivated to help support the manager and account for what is needed
• Vaccinated against Covid-19
