Manager, Finance

This is a Full Time Job

Media Res is hiring a Finance Manager! The role will report to/support the VP of Finance in daily tasks including:
•Manage long-term financial models, including scenario planning
•Own monthly model actualizations and re-projections, including forecast versus actuals and budget versus actuals analyses in partnership with Accounting team
•Prepare financial reporting packages for management and investors
•Draft quarterly board presentations
•Prepare deal analysis and valuations
•Maintain ultimates
•Manage additions of new projects into Company's credit facility with support from Business Affairs team
•Prepare compliance reporting for credit facility
•Draft annual overhead and development budgets
•Track Company's performance against various covenants and operational guidelines
•Prepare EFC reconciliations in partnership with Production Finance team
•Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting processes and systems


Requirements:
•5+ years of experience in an FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Planning role in a fast-paced environment (investment banking experience is a plus)
•Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
•Extremely proficient with Excel, PowerPoint. Adaptive experience a plus.
•Deep understanding of financial planning tools, key accounting concepts, and experience developing/automating management reports on financial/operational performance.
•Extensive experience conducting quantitative and financial analysis and developing recommendations based on this analysis.
•Ability to translate raw data into insights and vice-versa
•Proactive, clear communication within team and with non-finance stakeholders
•Ability to work independently with ambiguous inputs
•Ability to prioritize competing demands
