Revenue Operations and Servicing, Coordinator
The Revenue Operations, Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and coordinating essential functions in the sales and distribution process. This includes activities in the areas of availability management, rights data entry, and materials delivery for MarVista's domestic and international licensees. The position will work closely with our external labs and content management teams to distribute content to our clients across the world. They will partner with various internal departments to ensure revenue goals and distribution deadlines are met.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal approval of distribution agreements. Manage rights data entry and verify contract against title availability.
• Manage each step of servicing domestic and international licensees with both video content and legal deliverables per client's delivery
requirements.
• Coordinate with external labs and create purchase orders for distribution related activities.
• Maintain status update of material delivery. Ensure on-time delivery and technical acceptance.
• Oversee digital delivery for MarVista Digital Entertainment. Manage client avails, metadata and delivery process.
• Ensure all clients are informed on payment deadlines and follow up on outstanding invoices. Manage account receivable database and
update the status of accounts and balances.
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content operations, distribution or related field.
• Experience with a variety of digital media technical specifications and working knowledge of digital distribution
• Excellent project management skills and strong attention to details.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of the process in an extremely fast paced environment
• Computer proficiency in Excel reporting
