Publicity & Content Coordinator (10 hours/week | 40 hours/month)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Publicity & Content Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of creative and wellness-focused clients.

This is a hybrid role combining PR outreach, research, and content support—ideal for someone who enjoys both communication and creativity, and isn’t afraid to take initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support PR and publicity efforts through email outreach and follow-ups
• Research and build targeted lists of media contacts, podcasts, influencers, and partners
• Assist in identifying press and collaboration opportunities for clients
• Help develop and suggest content ideas for social media and campaigns
• Draft and edit captions, emails, and light PR copy
• Repurpose existing content into engaging formats across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
• Track outreach, responses, and opportunities using tools like Google Sheets, Canva, Trello, Frame.io, Headliner, etc.

Who You Are

• A strong communicator with excellent written English
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
• Proactive—you don’t wait to be told to follow up or take the next step
• Curious and resourceful when it comes to research
• Interested in PR, social media, storytelling, and digital content
• Familiar with social media platforms and current content trends

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Previous experience in PR, communications, marketing, or social media
• Experience supporting outreach campaigns or working with media contacts
• Basic understanding of what makes a story or pitch compelling
