Summer Intern - Office Admin

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: As soon as possible
Internship Duration: 3 months
Time/Days Required: 10 - 15 hours per week

Job Purpose
The position will assist with the coordination of MiM day-to day functions such as event coordination, oversee email correspondence, update membership info, assist with meeting agendas, and other tasks.

Essential Functions
• assist with event coordination and announcements across platforms
• organize confidential documents and assets
• create meeting agendas
• Support the creation of the monthly newsletter
• manage membership on multiple platforms

Skills and Qualifications
A high level of professional judgment to organize, plan and manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
Deadline orientated with the ability to juggle a myriad of details while maintaining a big-picture strategic view
Experience with Google docs, Wix, Facebook, Instagram, Flodesk, and Folk
