Intern - Tech & Systems

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

We are looking for a remote Tech & Systems Intern to help optimize our internal operations across platforms like Notion, Slack, Zapier, and Circle. Perfect for someone who loves workflow-building and behind-the-scenes systems.

Mamas in Music is a global nonprofit dedicated to supporting mothers and caregivers working across every corner of the music industry. We advocate for visibility, equity, and real structural change while building community through events, education, resources, and creative opportunities. Our members include artists, composers, producers, executives, managers, songwriters, engineers, and every role that keeps this industry moving. We believe caregivers deserve support, respect, and a thriving place in music - and we're building the systems and community to make that possible.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with platform organization and cleanup
• Support automation builds and testing (Zapier)
• Help maintain Notion databases
• Support onboarding processes and data integrity

Requirements:
• Interest in systems, automation, and workflow design
• Comfortable with digital tools
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• 10-15 hours/week

Duration:
• Start/End Date is flexible but ideally looking for someone that can start in January 2026 and commit for a minimum of 3 months

Additional Information:
• You'll work closely with MiM's admin lead on real workflow improvements inside a growing nonprofit.
