Director of Operations, People & Systems

Made By All is seeking a Director of Operations, People & Systems to serve as the operational backbone of the company. This role is a hybrid of operations leadership, HR & onboarding, systems oversight, and light finance coordination, working closely with the Founder & CEO to ensure the business runs efficiently, scales thoughtfully, and maintains a strong internal culture.

This is a highly cross-functional role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, systems-minded, proactive, and excited to help build the infrastructure behind a fast-growing creator-led company with global ambitions.

• Document Organization & Knowledge Management
• Company Website, Socials & Communications Oversight
• Technology & Systems Oversight
• Internship Program Leadership
• Events & Industry Presence
• Internal Company Meeting Oversight

Qualifications:
5-8+ years experience in operations, people operations, business management, or a similar role
Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills
Experience supporting HR functions and onboarding processes
Comfortable managing multiple tools and platforms simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly detail-driven
Experience in media, entertainment, creator economy, or fast-growing startups is a plus
Excited to work closely with leadership and help build a company from the inside out
