Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and highly connected Business Development Manager to drive new relationships and revenue opportunities and expand Made By All's partnership business.
This role is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business relationships that unlock meaningful opportunities for our creators and company.
You will sit at the intersection of brands, agencies, studios, and platforms, helping bring innovative partnerships and cultural moments to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development
• Identify and cultivate new relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, studios, and emerging partners
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities
• Develop strategic outreach initiatives to generate new business
Revenue & Deal Flow
• Build brand relationships that lead to brand partnerships, campaigns, and strategic collaborations
• Identify long-term revenue opportunities including licensing, IP, and equity partnerships
Strategic Growth
• Spot cultural trends and emerging industries aligned with Made By All's creators
• Proactively pitch partnership concepts tied to tentpole cultural moments (Super Bowl, Fashion Week, award shows, etc.)
• Help position Made By All as the go-to partner for creator-led cultural marketing
Relationship Management
• Serve as a trusted partner to brands and agencies from introduction through execution
• Ensure exceptional partner experience to drive repeat business
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to nurture long-term relationships
Qualifications
• 3-7+ years in business development, brand partnerships, talent representation, media, or entertainment
• Strong network across brands, agencies, entertainment, or digital platforms
• Proven track record of generating revenue through partnerships or sponsorships
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Deep understanding of social media, creator economy, and cultural marketing
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation instincts
