This is a Part Time Paid Internship
THE POSITION- PRODUCTION INTERN
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 40 hours per week. In this role you will focus on supporting & collaborating with the Production Department.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and creative environment within the Production Department.
• Assist and support production team members with various tasks and job functions as needed.
• Be present on-site for events to support production operations when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production team.
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs when necessary.
• Work in a fast-paced environment that may be loud and occasionally high-pressure
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• Develop communication skills with co-workers, customers, and clients.
• Learn how to produce a live concert from planning to execution.
• Become familiar with audio, lighting, video, staging and special effects
• Become familiar with settlement/concert financing
• Learn to manage your time in a fast-paced world with time sensitive deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
• Recent Graduate, Junior or Senior standing
• Previous live event experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
• Analysis and Decision Making
• Able to get along and communicate with diverse groups of people
• Planning and Organizational Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Microsoft Office Proficient
• Basic Math Skills
This program is during Summer 2026.
