This is a Part Time Paid Internship
THE ROLE
We are seeking a Paid Search Intern to be part of the Marketing & Data Team, which is responsible for ushering in the next evolution of live event marketing via innovative digital marketing campaigns.
This Internship role will be responsible for assisting in creating and managing paid search campaigns. The job duties include monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, adhering to campaign budgets, and aligning campaign goals while ensuring adherence to paid search best practices. This position will report directly to the Paid Search Manager II.
WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO
• Assisting in the creation of paid search campaigns
• Optimizations to paid search campaigns, i.e., sitelinks, image extensions, and other responsive search ad improvements
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and optimizations, i.e., search query reporting and keyword best practices
• Learn the fundamentals of building and executing paid search campaigns
• Achieve/exceed ROAS targets through campaign execution and optimizations
• Monitor pacing and track progress to goal campaigns
• Gain experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Search Ads 360
• Extract key takeaways from marketing data and provide recommendations
• Think strategically across multiple types of campaigns to achieve/exceed campaign goals
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• The internship is available to recent grads or students who will be juniors, seniors, or Master's students currently enrolled in a U.S.-accredited college or university pursuing a degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field.
• Interest in digital marketing experience, with a focus on Paid Search
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with Google Suite Tools
• Exceptional written & verbal skills with the capability of documenting key findings and insights
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Ability to take initiative and multi-task with strong follow-up
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision and with a team
• Previous marketing experience is preferred but not required
• Affinity for the music and live entertainment industry
• Interest in AI utilization
