Security Guard

THE TEAM

The Security Guard will work on the security guard team for Live Nation. The Security team oversees the safety and security of the building and also drives security protocols and procedures with respect to compliance and safety.

THE ROLE

The Security Guard is responsible for overseeing the safety and security of Live Nation's Beverly Hills location at 9348 Civic Center Dr. The right candidate will be able to exercise discretion and effectively manage through stressful situations and consistently make effective, high quality decisions.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
• Escort guests and vendors as necessary
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures that relate to the Beverly Hills locations.
• Oversee security staff or other employees performing security services.
• Assist Facilities and Corporate Security teams as needed
• Assign and schedule appropriate guard coverage during special events and office closures
• Train and provide feedback on contracted security guards.
• Write reports of irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Communicates with Manager any challenges or changes in contracted guard staff as necessary.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:
• Prior security and/or customer service experience.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-oriented and ability to collaborate cross functionally.
• Ability to work in high pressured environment.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$22.40 USD - $28.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
