Assistant, Digital Strategy & Growth Job Details | Lionsgate
Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently searching for an Assistant, Digital Strategy & Growth to support the EVP and the broader Digital Group. This role will provide administrative and project support across digital platforms, business planning, and creative development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn within a fast-paced, evolving area of the business. This position requires strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a dynamic executive and team.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the EVP, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and internal discussions
• Assist the team in executing cross-platform digital initiatives across platforms including YouTube, on-domain, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and others
• Conduct research on digital platforms, trends, and potential partnership opportunities
• Support the team’s efforts in digital strategy, creative development, and business planning by gathering information and tracking key initiatives
• Lead global non-theatrical sales and account management (e.g. Swank, Film Bank)
• Serve as a professional liaison between internal teams, external partners, digital platforms, and agents
• Maintain organized files, trackers, and documents related to ongoing projects
• Handle general administrative duties including expenses, travel arrangements, and other operational needs
• Exercise discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
• 1-2 years of related experience at a management or production company, network, studio, or digital media company preferred
• Strong interest in digital platforms, social media, and the entertainment industry
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• High level of professionalism and ability to interact with senior executives and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with both Apple and PC environments
• Must be available to work 5 days per week (Monday–Friday) in-office in Santa Monica
