Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently searching for a Coordinator, Audience Growth & Programming, Emerging Platforms to support Lionsgate’s new Digital Group. This role will be responsible for managing a wide range of responsibilities across digital platforms, business planning, and creative development. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, as well as with others. They must be diplomatic, flexible, exceedingly well organized, and enjoy the challenges of supporting an exciting new area of the business.
Responsibilities
• Support the SVP responsible for the overall development of Lionsgate’s new Digital Group
• Support the group in its efforts to build and execute cross-platform digital strategies on platforms including YouTube, on-domain, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and other platforms
• Assist in managing content scheduling, programming calendars, and channel launches to ensure consistency and performance.
• Research and identify potential new digital platform opportunities for the group and its internal and external partners
• Regularly support the digital group’s strategies, creative development, and business planning efforts
• Exercise discretion with sensitive or confidential information
• Coordinate across the team’s priorities and serve as a professional liaison both between internal teams and with digital platforms, offices of agents, content creators, and other executives
• Handle other projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
• 1 year of related experience at a talent agency, management or production company, network or studio
• Experience working in production, marketing, or development preferred
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience preferred
• Must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and administrative skills, including strong abilities to multi-task and efficiently prioritize and execute time-sensitive tasks
• Should have a strong interest in digital platforms, a passion for entertainment, and the desire for a career in digital strategy
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and familiarity with both Apple and PC devices
Additional Requirements
This position requires five (5) days per week in office.
Salary/Benefits
$50,000 - $55,000 /year USD
