Summary of Position
The Assistant, Production & Development will support the Executive Vice President, Production and Development for the Motion Picture group. This position requires a talented individual who will handle a variety of administrative duties in support of daily operations in production and development area.
Responsibilities
• Maintain calendar, and scheduling
• Answering and rolling calls
• Filing and tracking of all incoming and existing creative/administrative documents
• Expense reports and travel arrangements
• Complete and submit expense reports
• Log and review incoming creative submissions
• Take notes on calls and meetings
Qualifications and Skills
• Previous experience as an assistant preferred
• Experience with executive level calendar management and travel coordination
• Working knowledge of the film industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
