Leverage Management is seeking a highly capable, polished Executive Assistant to support the Founder, a top-tier producer and talent manager, across film, television, and strategic business ventures.
This role offers hands-on exposure to active development, packaging, talent strategy, and production. The ideal candidate is deeply interested in film and television and sees this as a front-row seat to how projects are developed from the ground up.
This role spans both professional and personal support. It is full-time and based in Los Angeles, with in-person support required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Film & Television Development Support
• Track and manage active film and television projects across all stages of development and production
• Maintain project grids, writer/director lists, and development materials
• Coordinate script coverage, draft tracking, and creative feedback flow
• Interface with agents, managers, studios, networks, production companies, and creative partners
• Track deal memos, key dates, and production timelines
• Gain valuable insight into how projects are packaged, sold, financed, and produced
Executive Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, creative partners, investors, and external stakeholders
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, correspondence, reports, and other materials
• Prioritize high-level creative and business discussions
Calendar & Time Management
• Own and manage a complex, high-volume calendar across professional and personal commitments
• Ensure the executive is fully prepared for all engagements with relevant context, materials, and reminders
• Anticipate preparation needs for pitches, production meetings, and business discussions
Meetings & Coordination
• Coordinate meetings and calls, including video conferencing, room bookings, and materials preparation
• Prepare agendas, materials, and briefing notes when needed
• Attend meetings as required to capture notes, action items, and follow-ups
Administrative & Operational Support
• Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, document organization, and expense tracking
• Provide support across multiple business interests, which may include production, investments, partnerships, and operating companies
• Interface with legal, accounting, and advisory partners as needed (no technical expertise required)
Travel & Logistics
• Partner with a travel team to coordinate domestic and international travel
• Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel logistics are seamless
• Troubleshoot travel issues in real time when necessary
Personal & Household Support
• Assist with personal and household logistics, vendor coordination, and personal appointments
• Prepare the executive for in-person meetings, events, and outings
• Facilitate personal and household purchases and run related errands as needed
• Support vehicle logistics (fueling, maintenance coordination, etc.)
• Act as a reliable extension of the executive in both professional and personal contexts
QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE
• Preference for candidates with experience at an agency, management company, production company, or studio
• Strong interest in film/TV development and producing
• Understanding of how the entertainment ecosystem operates (representation, packaging, deal flow, production cycles)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
• Proficient with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and FaceTime
• This role is best suited for someone who sees this as a launching pad toward a producing or management career
