Looking for someone interested in talent management to intern for boutique bi-costal management company. Office in Midtown Manhattan; position will be hybrid.

• Willingness to learn and ask questions
• Openness to flexible schedule
• Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities:
• Update and manage clients resumes, headshots, and materials
• Organize company Google Drive
• Stay on top of client information forms
• Send out client information and pay authorizations forms to new clients
• Input information to In Entertainment (IE)
• Add booking information into IE
• Track auditions that come in for clients from agents
• Manage Instagram
