Administrative Assistant

Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager, this role provides comprehensive administrative, sales, and front-desk support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also assisting internal departments to ensure efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front desk support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting employees.
• Support the Sales Department with daily administrative tasks.
• Manage and update station communication boards, meeting decks, and other station communications.
• Assist in planning events, coordinating station marketing events and logistics.
• Coordinate meetings, reserve conference rooms, and arrange refreshments as needed.
• Maintain organized files, records, documentation, draft correspondence, prepare documents, and assist with general clerical duties.
• Ordering all station supplies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, clients, and staff.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, and familiarity with Photoshop and Adobe products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with WideOrbit is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and fluent in English.
