Raise money for films that actually get made
We're looking for an Executive Producer whose network can finance this slate - and who wants their name on the pictures it produces.
What you'll do
• Open doors: introduce qualified equity investors, family offices, funds, and strategic partners for individual films and the slate.
• Pitch projects to prospective investors from your existing relationships, using company-approved materials - decks, business plans, and financial models are already built for you.
• Work with the company's legal, accounting, and producing partners on structuring investment opportunities.
• Own investor relationships end to end, from first meeting through production and distribution.
• Advise on market trends, investor expectations, and financing strategy across budget levels.
• Represent the company at markets, festivals, and industry events.
• Coordinate with the Lead Producer and company executives to keep financing timelines aligned with production schedules.
Who we're looking for
• A demonstrated track record of closed film, media, or private-equity raises - you can point to money you actually brought in.
• An established, active network of entertainment investors, family offices, funds, or strategic partners.
• Fluency in independent film finance: recoupment waterfalls, state incentives, pre-sales, completion bonds, and Reg D structures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-directed, but a genuine collaborator with a producing team.
• Passion for film across genres and budget levels.
Structure
You'll report directly to the Lead Producer or company designee for each picture or slate. Engagements may be project-specific or slate-based, per written agreement.
Salary/Benefits
What you get
• Success-fee compensation, paid on what you close: 5% of capital you successfully place - 7% for first money in - paid under a written, securities-counsel-reviewed agreement. This is not deferred backend; you are compensated on funds placed, not on eventual net profits.
• Executive Producer credit on each picture in which you participate.
• Set access during principal photography and invitations to premieres and promotional events.
• A seat at the table on a slate that is packaged, disciplined, and moving.

KP Films Studio, LLC is an independent production company with a diverse investment slate of 16 titles, ranging from holiday romance to elevated action thrillers, with budgets between $2.5M and $35M.
