About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to launch or grow a career in media sales, with full training provided. In this role, you'll combine strategy and creativity to help local businesses thrive through customized marketing solutions. This is an in-office position based in Denver, with the expectation of being in the field 3 days a week meeting with clients, prospecting, and developing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and client meetings.
• Conduct needs analyses and account reviews to identify client goals and marketing challenges.
• Manage pipeline, activities, and client information in CRM to ensure accuracy and execution.
• Deliver expert customer service while fostering strong, long-term client partnerships.
• Present campaign results and ensure delivery on agreed KPIs.
• Stay current on media industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or consumer sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• No prior media sales experience required - training provided.
