Accounting Assistant/Administrative Assistant

Talent agency seeks entry level Accounting Assistant/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for someone with a ''can do'' attitude who is readily available to assist any department. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of office experience, computer and word processing proficiency, familiarity with using standard office equipment, can exercise good judgment in handling confidential matters, and have the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. They should also be organized, detail oriented, a quick learner, motivated to take on new tasks and learn new processes as necessary, and be capable of analyzing and solving problems.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, but not required. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

Candidate will provide administrative support our Talent payment department. Duties include, but are not limited to:

-Preparing daily mailings

-Collating

-Filing

-Research

-Locating records

-Emails

• Data Entry

-Check Processing

-Invoicing

-Attend to other duties as assigned or directed by management

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Office: Onsite

Background Check: A background check will be required as part of the interview process.
