Seeking Latinos for TV Pilot

This is a Part Time Job

THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY THAT WILL GET YOU GREAT EXPOSURE... AND SOME CASH.

Kasparoza Productions is shooting an independent pilot and is seeking several young Latinos for a low-budget non-union production here in New York City. There is a great, fresh, never been done before comedy script in place and we are currently casting. Several roles are already filled but here are some that aren't:


MONICA - A Dominican version of Elaine from Seinfeld. From The Bronx. - Approx 19


J.J.- A quick, extremely intelligent, street smart, wild, Puerto Rican from Spanish Harlem. - 21 (male)



MARIO- A lazy Dominican. He gives great advice but isn't smart enough to follow it. The type of guy who thinks he's a lot smarter than he really is. From Brooklyn. - 21



ROBERTO- A ghetto, sarcastic, laid back Bolivian from The Bronx. Girls love him and he loves cheap vodka. - 19



TOMMY- Not really Latino. He's half Italian, half Colombian, and has issues. From Queens.- 19



*PLEASE NOTE: These characters may have brown skin but they are born and raised in New York City. They do not have green cards... only metro cards.

EXCEPT FOR:

DIEGO: He's 25, short, and an off the boat hilarious Latin immigrant with a really funny accent. He barely speaks Spanglish.

ALSO:

If you have no acting experience, that's fine... as long as you show up on time. We will cast an unknown if that person is right for the part. And, if you do not fit any of the parts above, but you can play another type of Latino role really well... please let us know. But, be specific-- mention if you can do a Cuban character, a Honduran immigrant, a Mexican deliveryman, etc-- but not something stereotypical. BE ORIGINAL!!
