Assistant

This is a Part Time Job

A full-service literary management company, is seeking an assistant to two managers. One year experience at an agency or management company is mandatory. We are looking for someone with a very strong work ethic, a desire to assume a leadership role and someone interested in growth within the company who would be interested in representation of literary clients. They would have superior communication skills/phone manners, excellent writing skills; be well-organized and detail-oriented. Responsibilities include phones, correspondence, scheduling, client appointments, script coverage, and project tracking.
