About This Role
As an Account Manager at Jubilee, you will play a key role in nurturing and growing our brand partnerships business! You'll work across the full lifecycle of a deal - from pre-sale support to execution - partnering closely with internal production and creative teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and clients have a great experience. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, a proactive self-starter, and is excited to contribute and work with a dynamic and collaborative team! What You'll Do:
• Own end-to-end client communications from post-sale through production, ensuring alignment, clarity, and a seamless experience at every stage of the client journey
• Grow existing accounts by spotting upsell and renewal opportunities
• Assist in developing custom sponsorship ideas in partnership with creative and partnership teams
• Help manage the execution of campaigns and productions, coordinating across creative, production, and finance to keep everything on track
• Support production logistics and timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations – a keen eye for detail with production timelines a major requirement
• Contribute to client presentations and proposals, helping craft clear and compelling narratives
• Maintain and update CRM systems with account details, campaign performance, and key insights
• Track campaign performance and pull insights to support account growth and client reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to problem-solve and keep projects moving forward
Who You Are:
• 2-3 years of experience in account management or brand partnerships (agency experience is a plus!)
• Experience working on branded video productions and managing timelines & cross-department communication
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Clear and professional communicator who is comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to learn and take feedback
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Interest in branded content, media, and storytelling
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data tracking is a plus, but not required
Work Model
At Jubilee, we follow a hybrid work model - we're in the El Segundo office 3 days a week and remote for 2. So, you'll need to be local or ready to make the move!
