About This Role
As our Account Executive, you'll work alongside our Brand Partnerships team to bring new brands into the Jubilee and Nectar ecosystem. You'll identify and close branded content opportunities across a range of industries, own partnerships from pitch through execution—including shoutouts and product integrations—and help shape digital campaigns that are both strategically smart and culturally relevant. Working closely with our Creative and Production teams, you'll ensure every partnership feels authentic to our audience, delivers measurable value for our clients, and raises the bar for what branded content can be.
What You'll Do:
• Conduct strategic prospecting and identify key opportunities for Jubilee to connect with different and exciting brands
• Manage daily contact and forge new business relationships with a variety of existing and new business clients
• Own the strategy of and aim to meet the brand partnership team's quarterly and yearly shout out sales goals
• Leverage your target client research to create stunning and tailored pitch decks and creative write-ups
• Work side-by-side with Jubilee's Creative Team to develop sponsorship concepts that are authentic to Jubilee's mission and brand voice
• Author and achieve elevated creative responses for Jubilee's brand partnerships pitches
• Work with our accounting department to manage the finance process
• Communicate with Jubilee's internal team to ensure project timelines and standards are met with ease
Who You Are:
• 2 years of Account Executive/Management experience either at an advertising agency or in house
• High-level thinker with a strategic and personable approach to brand collaboration
• Extremely comfortable and confident pitching collaboration opportunities to different clients and companies
• Fluency in digital media trends, strategies and brand partnership best practices
• Experience collaborating with production and creative teams is a strong plus! This role will oversee the execution of sold projects with support from relevant cross-department team leads
• Strong leadership skills and a desire to grow within the organization
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills
• A passion for and alignment with our mission and values
Work Model
At Jubilee, we follow a hybrid work model — We're in the El Segundo office 3 days a week and remote for 2. So, you'll need to be local or ready to make the move!
Salary/Benefits
$110,000 /year USD
OTE $110k ($60-$70k Base Uncapped Commission)
