Graphic Design (Web/Print) Intern

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

JRH Entertainment Group is a top boutique management/production company for Music, TV and Film representing celebrity and emerging clientele. We are currently seeking hard-working, enthusiastic and creative Graphic Designers to create digital and print content for clients in mainstream pop culture 18-25 demographic for our Fall 09 Intern Program. Interns will have the opportunity to be hands-on and gain valuable experience and work directly with management executives to learn about visual imaging and branding. Must have a can-do attitude, be able to work on deadlines, and available to start ASAP. Great opportunity to create/build a portfolio; work will be credited wherever possible . Selected interns will be part of a winning team with cutting edge projects.

Examples: Tour promo materials (flyers, posters, etc), mixtape covers, behind the scenes content, logos, presentations, major magazine spreads.


Projects can include:

*Creation of marketing and promotional materials projects for artists and talent (flyers, newsletters, cover art, portfolios, etc)

*Website maintenence and/or development with audio, visual and interactive elements

*Weekly/Daily updates of client websites, fan sites, etc.

*Maintenace/layout design for MySpace, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter

*Basic editing of webisodes, internet content, demo reels

*Editing/retouching images and/or creating composites

*Create logos, artwork and design for fliers, posters, album covers, press kits, etc

*Maintain branding consistency in client materials

Job Requirements:

*Must be web and tech savvy, able to work independently and on deadline

*Must have Mac laptop with wireless access and relevant software (PhotoShop, FinalCut Pro or iMovie, etc) to support producing project materials in a timely manner

*Hours will vary due to needs. Expect MINIMUM of 15 to 25 hours per week for 12 weeks, hours can be flexible.
