Remote, USThis is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Internship Start Date/Season: Flexible. Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer.
Internship Duration: 3 months +
Time/Days Required: Flexible. 10 + hours a week.
Workplace Requirements: Remote.
Prior experience in any capacity for a publisher, film company, agency, etc. is welcome but not required.
Candidate must have strong reading comprehension and writing skills.
Duties will include:
Reading manuscripts with an eye toward adaptation
Writing one-page synopses of manuscripts
Rating manuscripts on a Pass/Consider/Recommend scale and including comments
Attending a weekly pitch zoom and verbally pitching manuscripts for adaptation
Reading various online magazines/newspapers/websites with an eye toward adaptation
