Office Manager

This is a Full Time Job

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our West Hollywood office who can provide solid and consistent administrative support to our entertainment office and production teams during a period of rapid growth. As part of the Electus team, the successful applicant must be confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about getting things done and excellent at problem solving.

Responsibilities:

*Serve as point person to IAC Facilities and IT departments, handle troubleshooting and setup.
*Partner with HR department on space planning needs, seating, and new hire onboarding including paperwork collection and I-9 verifications.
*Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations (flight, hotel, car service); create comprehensive and detailed itineraries.
*Provide guidance to and help to manage schedule/hours for Executive Assistants.
*Assist when needed with monitoring flow of contract and temporary office and production staff including space planning and tracking start and wrap dates.
*Maintain office supply area and place orders when necessary including ordering and stocking snacks and beverages.
*Assist in preparation for large meetings/trainings including conference room set up, catering coordination, clean up, etc.
*Assist in coordination of large company events, such as charity events, parties, etc.
*Work independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects when necessary.

Requirements:

*College experience preferred.
*Minimum of 3 years production office management and/or entertainment office management experience required. Previous HR or hiring experience a plus.
*Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed.
*Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Experience using Entertainment Partners preferred.
*Strong communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
