PR Agency Seeks Winter/Spring Interns
A boutique PR agency in West Hollywood seeks new interns for the Winter/Spring Quarter. We are an all-service lifestyle PR firm, with an emphasis in Entertainment, Nightlife, Beauty, Fashion and Events.

Applicant Guidelines:
• Must have a laptop and be able to bring it to the office on work days
• Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a genuine interest in learning about entertainment public relations

Tasks:
• Assist publicists with media outreach for upcoming events
• Assist with managing media during events
• Assist with Social Media Maintenance
• Brain storming ideas for upcoming events
• Updating Media lists
• Online Research
• Organizing event material
• Running miscellaneous event errands, which could include dropping off invites to publicists and media
• Complying post-event press
• Researching items for events
• Organizing event post-production items (photos, media hits, etc)

Requirements:
• Must be dedicated
• Must be eager to learn
• Self-starter/ Go Getter
• Detail oriented
• Self-sufficient
• 2 Full day Availability (we are flexible with school schedules)
10-5(15-20 hour a week)
• Availability to work at event on event days
• 3 Month Internship
