Intern - Sales/Marketing

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Penske Media Corp. (PMC) -- one of digital media's leading content companies, comprising Nikki Finke's Deadline, Bonnie Fuller's HollywoodLife, Jonathan Geller's BGR, Michael Ausiello's TVLine and much more -- has internships available for highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing interns interested in getting great experience with our sales and marketing teams.

The interns will be responsible for everything from helping the Sales Directors on a clerical, administrative, and creative basis, helping to ensure that the PMC NYC office runs smoothly, to assisting the President and VP of Strategy with research and preparation for critical projects.

What we are looking for:
- A lover of great digital content and a believer in premium content as the driver of audience online
- Passionate about media & entertainment and well informed about the industry - Academic interest/concentration in sales, marketing, or PR.

Requirements:
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Ability to work quickly and frictionlessly individually and in teams
- Current student at (or recent graduate of) four-year university in the New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut area.

This internship is offered for credit only.


The sales and marketing interns will get incredible exposure to the
foremost brands in entertainment and celebrity news, and will have the
opportunity to gain valuable, actionable, and sellable experience in
analysis, strategy, and business development, and in the media and
entertainment realm. Exceptional interns will be considered for
further work after the term of the internship.

TIME COMMITMENT: 10-20 hours/week
