Intern - Booking

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Philadelphia’s Premier Talent Agency, Greer Lange, is looking for interns to assist the booking staff. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. In addition, excellent phone skills are a MUST. We are looking for those with a professional demeanor who are SUPER reliable! School credit is available.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
•Help to prepare online talent submissions to clients
•Conduct phone interviews with new talent submissions
•Assist with coordinating and facilitating in-office events such as auditions, open-calls, actor tapings, and model go-sees
•Update talent accounts with photo files, resumes, contact information, and agency labels for quick searching
•Filing, faxing, and mail pickup and distribution to employees
•Set and manage Outlook calendar schedules
•Use Excel to manage talent availability booking sheets to completion
•Make outgoing calls to talent to check availability/relay job details
•Receive incoming calls from talent/clients
•Internet market research
•Operate as receptionist for guests at the front desk, facilitate traffic flow
•Sit it on in-person talent interviews
