A busy film and television production company based in Los Angeles, with numerous projects in various stages of development, seeks a bright, organized, and hard-working remote assistant for their CEO and Head of Development. Duties include scheduling, social media management, heavy phone volume, generating project grids, writing coverage, photoshop, conducting project research, participation in team meetings, and other general administrative tasks. Ideal candidates have a passion for film and television and will be able to multi-task in a high-volume. Position is remote but may require some travel and errands if required.
