This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Looking for eager/enthusiastic interns to assist the series development team at Academy Award-winning filmmaker Alex Gibney's production company (Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief, Steve Jobs: The Man in the Machine, The New Yorker Presents, Cooked.)
A major or minor in film, television, video, media or journalism is a plus, as is proficiency in graphics/design. Strong research and writing skills are a must. Looking for hard-working, detail-oriented, good-humored self-starters who want to be part of creating a documentary series from the ground up.
Position: 2-3 days/week for 3-4 months. Daily lunch stipend + college credit where applicable.
Intern Duties:
• Assist development team with research
• Give coverage of relevant articles/books
• Scout for stories and pitch series ideas
• For the graphically inclined: assist in designing pitch decks
