TITLE: Marketing Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Arrange ticketed engagement's marketing and promotional campaigns for each assigned event including all media procurement
• Create detailed marketing plans for each engagement's activation by constructing overall timeline for event activation and culmination, compiling avails from media outlets, executing strategic partnerships with affinity organizations of attraction's audience, nurturing relationship with venue marketing staff, and working closely with attraction marketing on plan's execution
• Prepare and assist with all event settlements
• Liaise with all local venue, media, promotion, and miscellaneous business partners in each market assigned for ticketed engagement
• Implementation of Season Subscription Campaign planning and execution
• Monitor event's activation (''pre/on-sale'') and analyze sales results on an ongoing basis, evolving marketing plan based upon trends and patterns
• Utilization of third party ticket sales agencies such as Groupon, Goldstar, and TravelZoo
• Track all financial and budgetary duties for each assigned market, including but not limited to advertising, venue and labor expenses
• Cultivate new ideas and strategies on how to improve overall brand identity of market assigned and drive increased ticket sales and sponsorship revenue year over year
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or similar discipline
• Demonstrated Pursuit of Relevant Industry Experience in Ticketed Live Event Marketing and Promotion
• Experience supporting new business initiatives and strategy-driven projects
• Strong ability to communicate in written form in both email and using graphical materials to ensure details are explained and executed
• Ability to travel and work outside normal business hours, as required, to ensure events are produced in a first class manner, and as necessary
• Exceptional communication, both within company and to outside contacts with tours and venues
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills. Advanced Excel skills required
