Role Description The Public Relation Executive Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This role supports public relations campaigns by drafting and distributing press materials, maintaining media lists, and tracking coverage. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams on client initiatives, scheduling and preparing for interviews and events, and assisting with talent and influencer outreach. The coordinator will help manage client communications, organize reports and recaps, and contribute to digital and social media efforts that align with overall campaign strategies. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Public Relations and Media Relations, with experience supporting PR campaigns and interacting with press.
Ability to draft and refine Press Releases and other media materials, including pitches, talking points, and briefing documents.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with clear, concise, and professional style suitable for both internal and external audiences.
Relevant education or experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
Proficiency with standard office and communication tools (e.g., email, presentation software, media databases) and comfort working in a collaborative team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume setting.
Demonstrated interest in entertainment, media, or brand communications; prior agency or internship experience is a plus.

Salary/Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year plus overtime
4 days a week in-person in New York; Monday - Thursday; remote on Fridays
