Research Assistant

This is a Part Time Job

Research Assistant - Part Time - 10-15 hours per week - $15-$25/hour - DOE.

Film Marketing & Distribution company looking for a part-time research assistant to work on 2-4 month contract. There is opportunity for this position to extend past the first two months into additional assistant responsibilities.

Job Description:
This job entails assisting the producer on a two-part research project. First, looking into the types of media and multimedia content that digital platforms and organizations use including but not limited to audio, photos, video, film, interview clips, video diaries, and then compiling this research into an organized, written analysis. Second, based on this research, assisting the producer with developing creative media content briefs for a specific organization and subject matter. Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience is preferred. We will consider very experienced and qualified rising seniors.
-Candidate must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
-Previous research experience is a must - please note in cover letter.
-Must be proficient in Windows/Mac, and Word.
