We are currently accepting applications for paid staff and interns for the Hollywood Film & TV Networking Mixer, taking place during ESPY Awards and Pre-Comic-Con week on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

Because this event is free for guests to attend, we are looking for reliable and professional team members to help support event operations, guest experience, red carpet flow, check-in, production, and overall event organization.

Open positions include:

Guest Check-In Table Representative
Assist with greeting guests, checking attendees into the event, verifying registrations, and helping maintain a smooth arrival process.

360 Photo Booth Operator
A fun and simple event role assisting guests with the 360 photo booth experience. The operator will help manage the booth area and operate the booth using a handheld remote.

DJ
We are always looking for DJs to perform at our events. DJs may receive competitive pay, promotional branding opportunities, YouTube livestream exposure, and additional visibility through our entertainment network.

PR / Red Carpet Assistants
Assist with guest flow, red carpet activity, media coordination, photo opportunities, and VIP support. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in publicity, entertainment events, media, and red carpet production.

Assistant to Event Producer
This internship opportunity is ideal for someone interested in learning about event planning, sponsorships, venue procurement, entertainment networking, and live event production. You will gain firsthand experience working directly with the company founder.

This event is open to the public and free to attend. It is a great opportunity for anyone actively working in the entertainment industry - or looking to break into the industry - to meet new people, make valuable contacts, and gain real event experience.
