Summer Intern - Festival Operations

We're looking for a highly motivated, organized, and creative intern who is passionate about film, entertainment, and social media. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in festival operations, partnerships, content creation, and live events.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media
• Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos during festival events.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Assist with editing short-form videos, reels, and stories.
• Help brainstorm creative social media campaigns and trending content ideas.
• Support live social media coverage during screenings, panels, and red carpet events.
Festival Operations
• Assist with day-to-day festival logistics.
• Help prepare VIP lounges, talent green rooms, and event spaces.
• Restock VIP hospitality areas with beverages, snacks, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Get ice for drink buckets and sponsors and other event essentials as needed.
• Help with event setup, breakdown, and guest check-in.
• Assist staff with general administrative and operational tasks throughout the festival.
Additional Duties:
• Support sponsor activations and hospitality experiences.
• Help coordinate gift bags and promotional materials.
• Run occasional errands before and during festival events.
• Provide exceptional service to filmmakers, sponsors, VIP guests, and partners.
• Jump in wherever needed to help ensure a successful festival.
Qualifications:
• Passion for film, entertainment, and live events.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable creating content using a smartphone and social media apps.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help with any task.
• Ability to lift event supplies and remain on your feet during live events.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
