Promotions Manager

Working alongside the team in the role of Promotions Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Identify key films and TV shows that can be further activated beyond placements by our brands
Lead all entertainment licensing, promotional partnerships, talent endorsements, events, and external promotions for brands
Conduct monthly evaluations and brainstorming sessions for each client brand to identify where to activate
Keep up with brands on social media and through client meetings to identify best areas to activate promotions
Handle all press releases, social activation etc. as requested by our clients for placement activation
Handle all communication with external studio marketing/PR and talent agent partners
Create campaign strategy documents and summary recaps pre and post activation
Act as a liaison between brands and event partners to ensure seamless logistics and activation

Bachelors Degree or higher, in Film, Marketing, or a related field preferred
1+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, talent endorsements, licensing, or related field
Impeccable organizational and time-management skills
Great marketing knowledge and understanding of brand positioning
Good knowledge of the Entertainment industry and its key events
Positive attitude & proactive, high level of organization and attention to detail
Self starter and can anticipate needs
Creative and can think outside the box

This position is based in NYC but exceptional candidates in LA may be considered.
