Creative Services Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

The Hill City Howlers are seeking a Creative Services Coordinator to join our growing team! This is full time in person position with graphics needs all year round.

Responsibilities:
• Design and produce graphics for marketing campaigns and social media including gameday posts, player graphics, hype content, ticket sales collateral, sponsorship assets and more
• Assist in creating gameday visuals, including real-time graphics and score updates
• Maintain and apply team brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all designs
• Design print materials such as posters, signage, and fan-facing event visuals
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, live sports environment, delivering high-quality designs
• Lead the creative vision, planning, production, editing, and delivery of all Hill City Howlers video content
• Produce high-quality promotional videos, hype reels, player features, season recaps, theme night content, organizational messaging, and in-game entertainment packages
• Create engaging short-form video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms
• Produce and deliver videoboard content, player introductions, walk-up videos, countdowns, transitions, entertainment features, promotional elements, visiting team headshots, lineup graphics
• Lead the Press Box during games to ensure the script is being followed
• Create all marketing materials needed for all non baseball events and catering.
• Work closely with the Assistant General Manager for all other Graphics/Video needs
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Sports Management, or related field
• 1-2 years of graphic design experience
• Photoshop experience is a must. Illustrator and InDesign experience preferred. Experience in any other Adobe platform is a plus
• Ability to work flexible and demanding hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure, independently, and in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of Minor League Baseball
• Previous sport or Minor League Baseball experience is a preferred
