Intern - Talent Agency

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Dates/Season: September 5 - End of year (flexible)
Time/Days Required: 3 days per week, 1 or 2-6PM
Location: Midtown West, NYC

Our talent agency is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working intern. The internship is available for school credit.

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing daily submissions
• Pleasant phone demeanor
• General office maintenance
• Updating resumes and organizing client folders
• Handling mail and scanning documents
• Reading scripts and writing coverage

Qualifications:
-being punctual and having good time management
-responsible, detail oriented, and excellent organizational skills
-a self-starter
-able to multi-task and follow instructions
-ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced environment
-great understanding of Microsoft or g-suite
-have a friendly and pleasant demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
-a basic understanding of and strong desire to build a career in the entertainment industry
