Editorial Coordinator (Freelance - Sunnie)

We are seeking an Editorial Coordinator. This is a full-time freelance role supporting the Director of Editorial in making sure Sunnie's content feels cohesive, current, and worth sharing. You'll work cross-functionally with editorial, social, and talent teams, field submissions from the site, and help us bring it all together behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:
• Support the editorial team by managing incoming submissions, formatting newsletter content in Beehiv, and prepping copy for publishing
• Collaborate with our affiliate lead to source and pull product links for shoppable content
• Track metrics and pull weekly performance reports for editorial content (open rates, clicks, top-performing topics, etc.)
• Coordinate with the social team to ensure editorial content is featured and extended across all platforms
• Compile and share weekly Gen Z trend reports (what's blowing up, what's over, what's next)
• Help brainstorm new content ideas with the editorial, social, and talent teams

Requirements
• A quick learner and organized multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Familiar with-or eager to learn-editorial tools and publishing platforms (Beehiv, Airtable, Google Docs, CMS, etc.)
• ''Chronically online'' and very up to date on Gen Z trends, creators, pop culture, and internet culture
• 2 years experience working in digital editorial or content marketing
• Curious, creative, and confident pitching new ideas or ways to improve workflow
