Multimedia Promo Producer

12/WCWG, (NBC & The Triad CW),
the Hearst owned station in Winston-Salem, NC is looking for a Multimedia
Marketing Producer to join the Creative Services team at WXII 12/WCWG The Triad
CW. This exceptionally creative person will be responsible for
writing, producing and editing original image promotion, public service announcements,
commercials and marketing messages for all platforms, including Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat. The Producer candidate should
have experience in working with entertainment brands as well as working with
vendors, and clients. You must write and edit content that pushes tune in and
cuts through the clutter. You will produce marketing content for all
platforms including social media, television, streaming, web, radio and outdoor
media and other duties as assigned.

This is not an entry level position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent knowledge
and editing abilities with Adobe Premier, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Write, produce, edit
compelling marketing content promos for all platforms.
• Must be able to
switch directions quickly and work fluidly between traditional and social
media.

Generate new ideas to help further the brand of WCWG The Triad CW.
• A strong team player
with a positive attitude who is highly organized with attention to detail and
accuracy.
• Strong organizational
skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in an efficient
manner with the ability to turn out quality product quickly and on demand.
• Ability to work
flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, on short notice, and be
able to engage with all levels of employees from peers to managers in all
departments.
• Maintain a valid
driver's license with an acceptable driving record to the Company

Reports to Creative Services Director

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three
years Television promotion experience a plus.
• Bachelor Degree is a
plus.

Exceptional knowledge/proficiency with non-linear editing equipment.

Willingness to work flexible schedules.
• Must be able to
provide a creative reel that exhibits the above qualifications.
• Possibility of
on-camera performance may be necessary, so prior performance experience is
welcome, but not required.
• The ideal candidate
must have an energetic personality capable of detailed work, and able to work
as part of a team.
