As Analyst, Social Video Content, you'll uncover the trends, patterns, and opportunities that help our brands connect with audiences across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms-turning performance data into smarter content strategies and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
• Analyze video performance data across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social video platforms to identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers across content formats, topics, and publishing strategies.
• Recommend data-informed optimizations to improve content performance, audience retention, and platform growth.
• Partner with video, editorial, social, and audience development teams to support strategic decision-making and content planning.
• Monitor platform updates, industry developments, and emerging social video trends to inform reporting and recommendations.
• Support testing and experimentation initiatives by measuring results and identifying best practices for future content strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting across platforms and analytics tools.
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
• 2 years of experience in analytics, digital media, social media performance analysis, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing performance across social video platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and uncover meaningful insights.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
• Experience using analytics platforms such as YouTube Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, or comparable tools.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for digital media, audience behavior, and emerging social video trends.
• Experience building dashboards or automated reporting solutions is preferred.
• This role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule with an expectation of four days per week in the office.
This is a position covered under the Writers Guild of America, East, Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Salary/Benefits
$77,625 - $89,818 /year USD
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
