The Manager, Studio Partner Relations will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end operational activities tied to Global Licensing , representing a significant amount of annual revenue for the business.
This role ensures content and asset readiness across multiple regions, supporting deals with Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, and other key platforms. The Manager serves as the single point of accountability for operational planning, risk tracki ng, and delivery coordination, ensuring timely visibility and accuracy for revenue recognition.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans for global licensing deals, clearly outlining key milestones, ownership, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate across Global Sales, Legal, Metadata, Artwork, Localization, Mastering, and Content Servicing to align timelines and dependencies.
• Conduct asset and data gap analyses; track issues through resolution to ensure full readiness before servicing deadlines.
• Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into deal progress, risks, and delivery performance.
• Communicate updates and insights back to Global Sales and leadership, highlighting blockers, mitigations, and options.
• Support proactive planning by identifying capacity constraints, forecasting delivery volumes, and driving early escalation when needed.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and data consistency across systems and workflows.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that simplify workflows and improve cross-functional coordination.
Qualifications & Experiences:
• 7 – 10 years of experience in content operations, program management, or global media distribution.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end content delivery workflows and dependencies across metadata, localization, and servicing.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet s , Airtable , Excel, or similar project-tracking tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and translate it into actionable insights.
Not Required but preferred experience:
• Experience supporting global licensing or content distribution operations.
• Understanding revenue recognition processes and partner delivery requirements for major digital platforms.
