Studio Manager / Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an organized, proactive Studio Manager / Project Manager to oversee daily studio operations, help manage projects from planning through execution, and serve as the primary point of contact for crew and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at logistics, and can confidently own responsibility across multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
Create and maintain a detailed daily studio schedule, aligning crew, projects, and resources
Oversee vendors across projects from start to finish, including timelines, resources, and deliverables
Book and coordinate crew on a weekly and, when needed, daily basis
Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all local vendors, maintaining strong working relationships
Coordinate schedules, budgets, and logistics across internal teams and external partners
Anticipate operational needs and troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
Maintain clear communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Studio Manager, Project Manager, or similar operational role
Strong scheduling, organizational, and multitasking skills
Experience booking and managing local crew and vendors
Ability to take full ownership and accountability as the DRI for vendor relationships
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Skills:
Experience in creative, production, or studio-based environments
Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software
Ability to remain calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
